A proud Colorado native and 20-year Colorado Springs resident, Kristi brings deep-rooted local expertise and a genuine and personable approach to helping clients buy or sell a home. She believes in the power of clear, consistent communication and is committed to making the real estate process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Kristi truly values relationships over transactions. Her approachable nature and dedication to her clients remain consistent.

Before transitioning into real estate, Kristi spent years in Education as an Administrator, Admissions Director, and Theater Director—roles that refined her leadership, communication, and patience! She has also served as a Choreographer for local dance studios, a Director for local shows, was a DJ for Springs Sounds Entertainment, and currently gives back to the community by coaching a Taekwondo demonstration team.

Outside of real estate, Kristi enjoys seeing as many musicals and concerts as possible, traveling, golfing, dancing, dinners with girlfriends, time with her two baby Morkies, and—most of all—quality time with God, her husband, four boys, two daughters-in-law, and sweet granddaughter.
